I found this website www.ps3-psv.com/PSV_Saves.html where you can get the aforementioned save. please note that only Vivi is at level 99 and if you change his equipment his stats will reset.

if you tell me how to upload a save from a PSX memory card, you're in business. I've been working, for the past 2 days, on getting the stats up like they should. I've combined the "Make Character Lvl __" GS code with the "Gain 65535 EXP" GS code and KADFC's Max Stats FAQ. I've gotten only zidane, vivi, and freya with their max stats (if you wanted to know, they are level one with this junk or i could make them level 99 with the aforementioned Lvl code XD) and you'll have all items (most of which are 99. some are sold down to 18 in order to get the money XD and the usables are, well, used a little XD) and all armors and all weapons. characters have learnt all abilities they can (i even used another code to give vivi and dagger the other character's abilities IE HP +20%, _____ Killer, MUG<<--XD, and all such) being on disc 1, i don't have eiko and steiner and dagger are out of the party so i can't do their stat gains right now unless you don't care if i go to disc 2 so as to do that?
so if someone can tell me how to upload a save file from a PSX memory card, i'll be sure to put it on here. i'll put one up from the disc 1 and then another from disc 2 (that way steiner and dagger will also have max stats instead of just zidane, vivi, freya, and quina [whom i haven't started building up yet. maybe here in a min after i get vivi and freya maxed like zidane]) Zidane has max HP before lvl 99 if i upload a save with him on lvl 1 XD so would freya and i think vivi too. as i haven't worked with quina i don't know
btw, you have maybe 30 cards all of which have all 8 arrows and have a stat of FAFF on them
another btw: if you switch equip, their stats will remain maxed (spd, str, mag, and spr anyway)
