There is no New Game + if that is what you want. However, starting a new game, or simply having a save before the last dungeon allows for MUCH game life. Many different combinations exist.

statusThere's a rare random battle in each of the green locations during chapter 4. For example, there's an 11 monk fight you can play against. Barring that, there's the Deep Dungeon with 10 floors and (I believe) 39 different fights for you to play with.
But, if you want to explore and level to 99 and other random postgame things, make a seperate final before going into Orbonne after you've stormed Murond. Personally I find it more fun to start the game and play through it with different combinations (and like... 3 people max), but that's me.
