What is the best strategy for gaining levels?

How Can Get Levels From 30-99 In Dics 3 Or 4?

Additional details - 3/14 7:09AM

When you receive rangnarok in disc 3 and have odin( Can get from centra ruins in a temple must beat odin first in 20 minutes) go to island closest to hell. CAUTION: The monsters in there are very skilfull and can hit from-1000 to 9999 . When you go against the enemy push L2 and R2 to escape. Sometimes you only escape but when comes field message ZANTETSUKEN comes then odin will come and kill enemy. Good help to you because when enemy is dead you get all the experience points and AP points well thats the fastest way i know to get levels fast try it sometimes hope it works good.

Island Closest to Hell would be your best bet for lvl 99 monsters. I recommend using Zell in your party, and junctioning Triple to speed, Regen to HP, Protect to vitality, Dispel to Spirit, Ultima to strength, and whatever you have that gives Zell a good hit percentage. Keep him in yellow HP condition, if possible give him Auto-Haste, Auto-Protect, Auto-Reflect, and let him rip monsters a new one with an endless chain of Booya and Punch Rush.

Third times a charm the Island closest ti hell. Only my strategy is Rinoa, Squall, and Zell. Or Irvine Squall and whomever I need to level up. Junction Haste, and Initiative to as many people as you can. Make sure Rinoa can cast triple protect, triple regen, triple haste, triple shell if you can. Make sure Diablos is at 1000 for speed. Fight the Ruby dragons they are the toughest and the best to fight. Protect your people fight to the death and use Diablos a lot also Jumbo Cactaur if you have him maxed out. Just be extremely fast and look out for his breath attack its a killer..... Hope this helps

A great place I found to level up was in Galbadia garden. On the Ice hockey court you'll come across monsters in Ice hockey uniforms, every time they are beaten, no matter what your level is, they will give you over 1000 experience if there are 4 of them and just under 1000 if there is only 3 of them. I leveled my Squall, Rinoa and Zel to level 100 here pretty quick.

Galbadia Garden is the same place you fight the Cerberus, but it can't happen before you battle against Galbadia, only when you invade their garden.

Leveling up the easist place is the the Island Closest to Hell, which is better than the Island Closest to Heaven since Marlboros are way more frequent there and very tough unless junctioned properly.

Have Quistis in party and keep her in yellow, and she must have degenerator. Which is gotten from the item Black Hole. This can be refined from the Gesper card. It kills any enemy except bosses and tonberries. It is like Odin, but guaranteed. So give Quistis Initiative and every fight will be real quick and easy

The good thing about this game is the max experience cap for this game is 1000 per level. So there are a few places you can go to fight enemies that fork over good experience totals. This is the only FF I know of that has this feature. And it does making leveling up easy. The hard part is maxing out your magic totals. Expect to take as long as a few minutes stocking up in some battles.

Answer

Actually the easiest way to do anything is DO NOT LEVEL UP YOUR CHARACTERS! The monsters will do damage based on your level so if you are lvl 17 you will always fight monsters around your level. The way to always get one up over them is by you juctioning the spells from Dra points. This way you lvl up stats from juctioning and you can stay at a low lvl. It's the easiest way to beat the game.

Answer

When you're on the islands closest to Heaven/Hell, don't forget to junction sleep or death to your SP/attack. Makes it alot easier, except against Ruby Dragons.

In disc 3 after the Lunar Cry, use Ragnarok to go to Esthar. Inside of the city, there is one spot near the save point/healing field that can give you lots of experience and energy crystals that can be refined into ultima and ultima stones. To get there, go one screen to the right of the mentions save point and one screen north. you will see a black figure just sitting there. Talk to the figure to trigger the enemy encounter. I recommend junctioning death to your attacks (for an instant kill most of the time) and having enc-none active so that you don't fight any other enemies in between fights with this guy. When you beat him, simply go to a different screen and come back. He be there and you can repeat this as many times as you want.

Answer

It's easier if you don't level up. Draw plenty of magic and junction it, then you'll always be more powerful than the enemies you face. If you have the Ragnarok, visit the Islands Closest to Heaven/Hell with the Enc-None ability, there are tons of hidden draw points around the edges with the most powerful spells in the game.
