Yeah, I meant the Chicken King item. I know its found in *maybe spoiler* Sol Tower by running away from the first battle of each Muscle Dome course. I just want when exactly it works.
Okay, maybe I'll make a spoiler alert now:

The Chicken King assures escape on any of the normal battles, this doesn't include all bosses. Meaning, there is NO way to escape from any bosses.
You can't escape from Lapis with this item but you can rather escape from him using the spikefish flute.
You can also use this Chicken King to escape the bees bosses, if I am correct. But you really don't need to escape from the bees since you'll not be annihilated in this battle. Nene will come to rescue you and return you to your house.

If you're looking for an assured escape, seek for the chicken king.
It is a special item obtained from Sol.

There is a certain item where you can successfully escape any battles except bosses.
ANY battles include sub-bosses, meaning you can escape from Lapis with this.
