Okay Someone Told Me You Can Fight Dragoon With Reinforcement's But How Could I Get Reinforcement's?
He or she was referring to a ride armor that you come across on your way to the boss room. If you manage to get through most of the stage without damaging it too much, you can move through the lava and destroy a few blocks, allowing you to reach and fight him while still controlling it.
