Hmm well my technique to the O button really fast (or any button) is to vibrate my index finger really really fast. PS not very many people can do this and if all else fails, use a turbo controller, BUT thats if you really give up caus i consider that cheating. hopefully u can finally beat the game :3.

What difficulty are you on? Maybe thats why there are five levels.

An alternative to the ketchup is to simply hide under the bed when the guard goes off to the toilet. He'll think you've vanished and open the cell door to come in and look. For comic relief, just run towards the exit when you've broken out as well.

I have the ps3 version as well. It is very simple to avoid any more torture use the ketchup Otacon gave you. To use it lay down and take it out and press the X button and then run away. Run like your life depends on it. And thats about it. Hope this helps.

When it gets difficult I use the round end (not the writing end) of a pen, turn the controller till its comfortable and then when the torture starts - run the pen back and forth over O button, I guess thats the same as using a spoon.

U need to be fast e have some tricks:
1- turn your finger around the buton and use a pen with spring to press it but with the spring part without retire the pen of the buton
2- use the weel of a bike toy : roll it over the buton
3- or just use the index finger in is maximum speed
try with the one who u prefer :)
