When you get the magic mirror the person giving it to you says that one of those kind of monsters shal be in the tarnoument on the 4t week of november but there is no tournament then????
That's an invitational tournament, you can't see it because you're not invited. To get invited, you have to have a monster the appropriate rank to get into it. This is an A-Ranked Tourney, so you must raise a monster to A status to get the invite.
