is PE light supposed to be good or bad?
The game isn't very desriptive at all; it implies it's good but i can't tell if it helps me gain more PE over time or if it is supposed to slow it down? So simply is it a good ability to have, or is it bad?
Well, PE Light, reduces all spells except ENERGY SHOT and LIBERATE by 1/3 of the regular PE energy.

statusIt reduces the amount of Parasite Energy required to cast spells(with exception to Liberate).
