I did that and cannot find Pierce to give him the ice that has now melted
-After you escape the incinerator room youll have met up with Kyle. At some point youll be given the choice to go up the Elevator with Kyle OR go back to Dryfield. Upon entering Dryfield you should find a wounded Pierce whom you need to give the bag of ice to. If you DID NOT meet Pierce then he dies when you crack the computer password.

-Did PIERCE call you on the phone after killing the giant Bowmen? Did PIERCE call you after cracking the computer password? Was PIERCE in the Pod Service Gantry to explain about Neo Ark? If he wasnt, then you did not save him and theres nothing you can do now. If he was, read on.

Head to the Pod Service Gantry and check the phone. There should be a note left from Pierce that you have to READ (using Triangle). After reading it use the phone and Jodie will answer and tell you shes worried and has to go.

nor can I enter the underground parking or find the motorcycle with the teddy bear
-Head back to the Service Gantry. You know that computer panel where you unlocked the lift to Neo Ark? One of the other buttons unlocks the Underground Parking Garage. There you will find your way out and the Teddy Bear.

On a side note, it sounds to me like you found Pierce but did not give him the bags of ice. As far as I know he doesnt need the bags of ice to live, giving them to him merely causes him to fork over items. If youve been meeting with Pierce in the shelter everything should be fine. If youre been meeting with Kyle, youve already killed Pierce and youll have to try in the next game to get the true ending.
