The one upstairs in the police staton that's locked from the inside... just before you get to the puzzle where you have to move the statues around...?
You can't open that particular door. It doesn't go anywhere new though,it is just another entrance to the LOUNGE AREA just before the LIBRARY. You know that dark hallway in the back of the room that leads to a boarded up door? That's the same door you can't open from the STATUE PUZZLE HALLWAY.
