Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure

I see it listed as one one the items you can aquire using the cheat codes on my GameShark cheat disc, but I'm wondering how I can get this item legitimately (i.e. thru regular gameplay). Where is it located, and what do I need to do to get it? Or is this a mistake...?

statusNo, closest thing I found would be the alternative to the thunderstone, but it isn't. It's just some key item that was never used ( as an obtainable item), and the code was left in the game.
