Hey, I was wondering, do items on this game respawn? Such as health drinks and ammo? If they do respawn, how long does it take? If they don't respawn, how do you easily get more, such as ammo?
Items do not respawn. One of the cornerstones of the survival horror franchise is managing what little resources you are given in the face of overwhelming odds. As such, there is no easy way to get more items or ammo. It takes a combination of carefully searching the environments, avoiding confrontations when you can, and keeping wastage to a minimum.
