How do I get past Luca in the night ambush?

The characters I will be using are:

Flik
Shiro
Kinnison
Camus
Oulan
Anita

Viktor
Shin
Stallion
Wakaba
Gadget
Chaco

Hero
Valeria
Miklotov
Nanami
Clive
Sheeva

Their levels range from, uhm, levels 31-40 (with Riou/Hero and Sheeva being the strongest). What level/s do you recommend that I finally face off with Luca? What place do you recommend me to train or to level up, y'know, in a place where levelling up is fast..? thanks

I'd recommend Gadget in Riou's party, based on his high defence.

Level 40 (give or take) is a good level to fight Luca at. And if you want some characters to level up, use them in the Banner-Gregminster Pass. Not only will you level up a lot there, most of those battles give out a lot of Potch.
