Best Craymel Arrangement?

Its depend to the boss, for mind I happen to unlock poison guard while sacrificing the cure ability in nereid

It depends on what you ussually do.
This is what we did (My Wife and her brothers and sisters are gamers)
My Style:
I like performing Combos with Farah and Reed so, I would like to have the enemy not counterattack, so...
"Freeze Lancer" as Backup spell (This can be done with Celcuis alone anywhere)
I use the skill "Charge" (Volt5 + Sylph15) to replenish Reed and Farah's TP and "Holy Bliss" (Rem15 + Efreeti24) for HP. and for strong monsters "Holy Lance" (Rem21 + Maxwell24) can stop them easily. and for the masses of Heavy enemies "Meteor Storm" is available (Maxwell alone).
So my set up was:

** Meredy
- Celsius
- Rem
- Sylph
- Gnome

** Keele
- Maxwell
- Efreeti
- Volt

For this question, my answer is...
There is no "best" arrangement, it will only be "best" if it works "best" for you.

Hint: Find the Coolest and most powerfull Arte you prefer and there it is , Have Fun
