I have been looking for 2 hours, I feel a bit stupid just wandering around :$
You mean in Edgar's castle?
I don't remember what part of the game you'd be at, but the Matron is usually in the west side of the castle, in the room with the little girl who says "I wanna marry the King!"
Ah, yes. I believe you need to enter the west door on the main (outside) floor, find the exit outside to the sand, and keep going northwest until you find that small building.
