Army Men: World War - Land, Sea, Air

"I wouldn't recommend this game for gamers"
Army Men: Land Sea Air is an alright game once you get the knack for it.
When in a world war, you must always have a weapon. A soldier is only as good as the weapon he carries. Army Men LSA has a good weapon selection, fun action and challenging enemies. It's mostly a solo mission with just you though. There will be missions when you're on a boat, tank, plane and helicopter. The enemies are not that smart however, they can't pick up sound at all when sneaking around them. It's the Green army vs. the Tan army as always in any of these toy soldier games.
The sound and noises around you are of poor quality and make you realize you're still just a toy soldier. There is multiplayer with different gameplay options such as capturing the flag from an enemies base, or getting more consecutive kills than your opponent. Replaying the game over can become a sort of a chore since nothing much happens on any of the different difficulty levels, nor do you get to unlock anything.
The graphics are not anything special, it's really jagged with bad lighting for a Playstation game. The scenery is excellent for a war game, crumbling towns, deep forests, and bases horded with enemy soldiers of the tan nature. Regardless of the action you will see and the weapons you will wield the game isn't really all that special, there's no plot or story other than to defeat the tan army as in other Army Men games.
Most of the best missions are on a vehicle of some type. The tank mission is definitely one of the better parts of the game, but even then it gets boring. The camera is hard to maneuver and it's hard to spot some of the enemies with the camera not fixed. Other than that the game is at least more realistic than other previous installments in the series.
In my opinion I had an o.k. time with the game. It was pretty short for an action game. My favorite part was at the end where you face a league of the Tan army around you on a ship. This ship had multiple turrets and cannons to use from all angles when defending from enemy boats and planes.
