"Your aim: to own this game! Whatever it may require!"

...Medal of Honor!...Will you get it?...Will you be the one who will stop the enemy?...Or will you die while on mission and be forgotten?...

''The mission is set. We are all counting on you. We've heard of your skills and know you can be trusted. Everything is in your hands now.''

Medal of Honor forms part of these games which nobody was awaiting, which nobody knew nothing about, and which came and instantly became a hit! And yes, Medal of Honour deserves all the attention it got and is still getting. The principle is, as usual, pretty simple: infiltrate enemy bases, carry out certain objectives and report to your superiors...except that those giving you orders in MoH aren't really your superiors. You're actually giving them a hand and they relying a lot on you. The missions vary a lot from blowing up some sites to withdrawing some important paper while trying hard not to be killed. At the end of each mission, you know various statistics about what you have done and the enemies you have shot. You are then awarded a grade depending on how well you have done and you also earn a title depending on your shooting tactics. Earn 3 three Excellents for a whole mission and you'll get a medal which will be stored in your records and which you can view at leisure. Um, did I tell you that you cannot get out of a stage if you haven't completed all the objectives??

MoH takes place during the Second World War, most precisely near the end. Thus, the graphics in MoH are not flashy or colourful like in other games. The backgrounds are really dark and look gloomy too in fact. But this hasn't prevented them from being very detailed, just like your enemies who will keep on pursuing you throughout the game. But don't go on straight ahead and think that just because it doesn't have superb graphics, MoH is crap. In fact, once you play the game, you'll find that the developers had a good idea and that the graphics really suit the game. Remember, we're in 1945! And I should probably warn the Goldeneye and Duke Nukem fans out there, you won't see such things as plasma guns and other hi-tech weapons in Medal of Honour. You'll only see your regular pistols, rifles and the first versions of the shotgun. These were the only weapons available during the Second World War and you'll have to make yourself to this idea......Medal of Honour!...Will you get it?...Will you be the one who will stop the enemy?...Or will you die while on mission and be forgotten?...

One thing which packs a lot in Medal of Honour is certainly the music and the sound effects. The music is one of the best I've heard in a game and really suits the mood of the game. You'll feel like a true spy and will really feel like you're in the middle of something big with that music. The sound effects are very realistic and hearing someone walk near your soon-to-be discovered hide-out will make you freeze in the hope that they don't hear your heart beating at 400 miles per hour!! And the voices are so cool, no edgy or hesitant voices in MoH! Great voices from great actors who know what they're supposed to do simply gives MoH a perfect score in terms of music, sound effects and voices!

And the gameplay, you ask me?? Terrific. The control is top-notch and will make you addicted to the game in no time. The response is smooth and quick and won't make you shout at your screen in despair as you watch yourself being shot from different directions without being able to do anything about it. And MoH is packed with secrets which will take all of your time while you're still thinking about what you have missed so far so as to achieve a perfect score. And as if that wasn't enough, welcome to the multiplayer mode of Medal of Honor. Take on your friends in the different arenas and in these dark stages for hours of fun!Only the fittest will survive...

Medal of Honor is a great time which you should own if you love the genre. And to be able to write the war as you wish isn't that common of an opportunity, so take full advantage of it!!
Your mission objectives:
1/Buy Medal of Honour.
2/Beat it completely.
3/Realize that you now own of the greatest games and be happy about that!!
