Azure Dreams

"A great game that you should buy or just not!!!!"

Well, now we have what we should call an ''original'' game, it's the Dreams of Azure, why original? good question, first let's start with the story:

STORY(5)

Basically, you're a guy that is looking for his lost father who seemed to be lost or something inside the local tower of monsters... you think it's not original? well I neither, but here comes the original part:

GAMEPLAY(10)

The gameplay is, for me, the best ever used, because its just so simple to navigate inside the tower or the unique town (yes...sniff....theres only one town, but a real charismatic one) that you mostly won't care about your monsters levels just for being exploring one of them. And why did I said your monster level and not yours????, well that because you start every single journey at the tower with level one, but don't start to blame this game, because your monsters (the real fighting characters, you're like a social one) do gain levels, and they keep at them.
In town you will be most likely visiting the important houses (like the restaurant, the item shop, etc.) not for eating or selling stuff you get in the tower, but for visiting your ''loved'' girlfriends and making them to fall in love with you.
Well, this is getting long so I will make things short and clear: - You can fuse your monster to obtain special skill for
them and make them stronger.
- You can make your own weapons stronger (REALLY stronger) to help out your monsters.
- You can make every person in town respect you (no that you can make them hate you, but it's valid).

SOUND AND MUSIC(6)

I have to admit i really liked the simplistic tunes changes for every five levels of the tower, but it seems to me that the sound is too basic for a Playstation game.

REPLAYABILITY(8)

Not much to say here, only that it has no replayability, simply because you never get to finish this game, well, actually you happen to see the ending when you reach a certain floor in the tower, but the games continues without saying THE END, so you can go on forever, so you can make every girl you missed to love you and get all types of monsters.

And that's it!!, you can love or hate this game, depending if you like really long games or you are more like the arcade player (actually, if you are that type of player you should click on the back button now!!!)

To rent or to buy, just buy the game if you liked my review or don't if you didn't like it, as simple as that.
