"Still a classic"

Well Porsche Challenge is a game about the Porsche boxter and it's very good it may say.

Graphics: 9

The graphics in this game are very good. The cars are extremely detailed and so are the different characters. The city's are also pretty detailed. Nothing to say here, it's looks just great.

Sounds: 9

Excellent!!!! Finally a game were competitive racers shout when they colide with eachother. You'll often here something like: ''Hey, you b'stard'' and screams. Very cool. The engine of the porsche sounds good to.
The music tracks are cool and you can change and listen to them while you're driving. Just pause and the cd-player option is all you need. My personal favorite song is that from the main menu, cause it rocks!!

Gameplay: 10

The gameplay of this game is simply awesome. The porsche 911 has excellent handling and drives great. Each character in the game has it's own porsche with a different colour and each character also has his own special ability's. One is good in braking, the other can steer better and the last has better grip,etc. There are interactive circuits that can change every lap, so you'll never be driving the same lap. This is a nice surprise, which unfortunately also can be frustrating. There are also a lot of shortcuts in the game. Those need to be triggerd first. To give an example:
Drive against some pillons next to the road and in the next lap a shortcut will be available. This is fun and also adds a bit of strategy to the game.
The gameplay is very good.

With only four tracks and one car you might think this game sucks??? Well, it doesn't, cause there are tons of cheats to unlock. Each time you finish championship-mode you get a new one. They included helium voices too!!! This so fun especially in the great two-player-mode. You'll be playing it for some time, but after that you'll probably only enjoy the 2-player-mode.

Buy or rent?

Buy!!, by now it's should be very cheap, so go get this classic now.
You can also rent it first and if you really hate i say go for Need For Speed: porsche

Due lack of tracks and cars it just gets an 8
Too bad though!!
