Nagano Winter Olympics '98

"Another crappy game that tries to rely off its licence"

I really had high hopes for Nagano Winter Olympics '98. I thought that doing these type of events would be cool. Boy was I wrong. This game is probably the worst game I've played for Playstation. Mega dissapointment. Let's take a look why.

Graphics - 3
The graphics are plain just not good. The framrate is terrible, and your usuall the only one there! The courses and players don't look good either. Bad job overall.

Sound - 5
The sound is not much better. Terrible sound effects when you crash, and the music just flat out sucks. Very cheesy. You can tell I don't like this game. Blah.

Control - 1
This is easily the worst part of the game. Too many of the events are either too hard or way too easy. Like in the half-pipe, you basically a game of simon-says where you copy what the computer does. And the sking events don't even use any buttons. Terrible planning.

Gameplay - 1
Gameplay? What gameplay? There are 15 events in this game and not one is even worth mentioning. Even if you do something cool in the air, the controls are so bad, you cant even land!

Overall, this game is not worth picking up at a yard sale for 5 dollars. Don't even rent this garbage. Take that money and buy something else.
