Revelations: Persona
Review by Valkryie_X
"Not a good game, Nor a bad one."
Persona is an average RPG at best. I applaud atlus on their translation job. The game sports a 100 hour adventure which to me was wayyyyyy to much.
The graphics weren't all that pleasant to look at. Ranging from 1st-Person dungeon exploring to the basic overhead view. Enemies more or less acted in the same manner which kind of made the game repetitive.
Another problem were the battles. I mean ever 2 seconds you would end up having to duke it out over and over. The load times are atrocious ranging from 5-9seconds. I know this is a pretty old game, but still thats too much.
I will give atlus some credit, the idea of creating ones own persona's is smart move. Persona's are spiritual companions you can create from recieving cards from enemies. I don't want to go in depth on this since it would take too much space. But its a marvel idea which I hope is put to good use in the future by Atlus or another company.
Overall and outdated game, with repetitive battles. Only good side was the Persona system which saves this game from being a total flop.
