NASCAR Heat

"Hasbro's first attempt at a Nascar game is one of the best games I've played"

I got this game for Christmas of 2000. I remember that when I popped this game into my PlayStation I was wondering of how great this game is like with graphics, sound, and anything else that people expect in a game. I know one time that I played the first Nascar Racing game that was on the PlayStation (of course it was suppose to be a simulation) didn't real appeal to me as much as this game did. If you are looking for a Nascar simulation for the PlayStation (PS ONE) and want to know which to choose between Nascar Racing or Nascar Heat (which are both racing simulations) is better it has to be Nascar Heat. Nascar Heat for the PS One is much more detailed than that of the PlayStation (PS One) version of Nascar Racing. If there is going to be a game that is going to surpass the Nascar Racing series it will probably be the Nascar Heat series because these games are simulations such as Nascar Racing games. Some people think that Nascar Racing 4 was the best just wait until there is a Nascar Heat game that will surpass (especially the Nascar Racing series). All right let's get to the review:

Graphics: 9.5/10
The graphics for this game may not appeal to some people who are into racing simulations. I think that the graphics are great enough to appeal those who like having racing sims like this one can satisfy some of the average gamers if there is a gamer that will be satisfied with this game, if not then they aren't satisfied with the game. Some people say that Gran Turismo is a great racing sim, but knowing those people they would turn this game down probably including Nascar Racing 4.

Difficulty: 8.9/10
The difficulty of this game is real good challenge especially on the different difficulty modes such as Legend, or Pro.

Sound: 9/10
The sound of this game may not be the best but it does have to do for the way that the developers of the game made the game.

OVERALL: 9/10
Overall of this game has to be one of the best Nascar simulations that I've played on the PlayStation. Of course, I wished that they had Indianapolis and Pocono in this game and I would've been totally satisfied with this game. Like I said there would be some people that would be satisfied with this game because not many people dig these kind of simulations.
