"Theme Park - Make your own Amusement Park!"

STORY (5/10): This game doesn't really have a story. I can only guess a story. You were an heir to a big fat lump of money. You decide to make a Theme Park out of it. You start off with one big piece of grass. You can change the ticket price and everything about the Park. One thing I don't like is little children walking in with 3 thousand dollars. It just doesn't make sense. I couldn't scrounge up 50 bucks to go to a Theme Park.

GRAPHICS (8/10): The graphics are a little better than the Sega Genesis version. One little part I liked if you hit the Triangle button, you can walk through your own park! Oh, and most rides have an option that looks like old Projector footage. This lets you ride the ride!

GAMEPLAY (7/10): Pretty good since you can make shops and rides of your choice. I think it could be better by letting you choose how big the park is. One part that is pretty cool is that you can put trees, lakes, port-a-potties, and fences. Bullfrog (the makers) could have done a better job though...

MUSIC & SOUND (6/10): The music is pretty much any old Park's music. The only sounds are the different rides and kids screaming on the roller coaster. There are about 30-40 rides though. Oh, and another thing. You have to put toilets or the people will leave. Just thought I'd let you know that.

CONTROL (7/10): What can I say about Control? You're just a little hand that picks what rides and shops you want to put down.

FUN FACTOR (10/10): This is a great part of the game! You get to see people go flying off the Roller Coaster...and you get to set how long the Roller Coaster is and everything. It's pretty fun! You can also put Corkscrews and Loop-de-loops on the Roller Coaster! It's awesome if you are going very fast!

CHALLENGE (9/10): This game gets pretty complicated if you don't put it on the easiest difficulty. If you want a challenge, put it on expert. I can't help here; it's too complicated for me! I think there's also a Stock Market involved with this...

REPLAY VALUE (10/10): Of course this gets a 10 in replay value! You'll want to play over and over trying to find the exact price for fries and how much ice you want in soda! Well, maybe not that, but you'll want to put different rides and stuff!

RENT OR BUY? I'd rent this game first to see if you enjoy it. If you really liked it then you should buy it. If you kind of liked it, and you have a Genesis, then I'd buy it for that system. For the Genesis, it's cheaper and I thought it was better.

OVERALL SCORE: (7/10): I wouldn't go out and buy it right away. I would rent it or borrow it from a friend. It isn't worth the price to just try it. If you want a better game, get it for the Genesis, I think that would get an 8 or a 9.
