"It's not even SIMILIAR to the board game!"

Here is a game brought to you by Hasbro Interactive Gaming. The Game of Life for the Sony Playstation. It's basically a version of the board game with cheesy graphics and annoying sounds and comments. The actual board game was so much better. You also save money!!! WOO HOO! Anyway read on to find out why buying the board game is better than the interactive one.

Graphics: The graphics are awful. They are blocky. There is so much transition from board to game it can take hours to just play one single game. It is gruesome. I expected more design from the guys who brought me all my favorite childhood board games. The heads of 20 times to big for the bodies. The hair looks plastic for god's sake! And you see the same animation for almost every square. I give this 1 out of 10 for sloppy graphics and annoying repetition.

Sound: There is the same music for every single time you play. I like variety in my gaming experience and it is not provided from these annoying tunes. There are really annoying and joyous. You will find yourself doing some boring activity and all the sudden you'll notice you've been humming the theme from this game for the last 20 minutes. I give this a 1 out of 10 for annoying the crap out of me.

Control: All you get to do is spin the dial
, purchase insurance, see where the other players are and see your stats. BORING!!! I want some depth! At least in the real game you did something besides press buttons. You'd think from Hasbro you would get some. GEEZ! I give this a 1 out of 10 for lack of depth.

Gameplay: You turn the game on. Select mode of play. Select number of players. Select character and color. Then your off! You get to spin the dial. WEEE! Then you watch the computer move your car to its space. Let's say you land on a PAYDAY square. Here's what happens: you see some stupid graphic of genies pots and piggy banks throwin money in your face. Not what I call fun and exciting. Now we'll take the bad spaces like paying for things. Here's what happens: you see a old tax collector coming at you and griping about something you can't understand. When you get back to the board you just are automatically out of money. I want a graphic of my money being sucked away but NOOOOO! Hasbro had to just ruin another aspect of the game. I give this a 1 out of 10 for just plain stupidity. And you think this would be the GOOD part of the game.

Total score: 1 out of 10. What a disappointment.

Don't waste your money or time on this game. If your curious just rent it my friends. BWAHAHAHAHA.
