"A Great Fishing Game"

This game was rather fun. It isn't as good as Reel Fishing 2 (the ULTIMATE fishing game), but still fun to have. I played this game for over 50 hours. It will keep you entertained for a while.

Graphics: 10/10
The graphics are great! You will see nice scenes of rivers, brooks, streams, lakes, oceans, and even waterfalls! The fish are detailed and nicely drawn. The animation was okay, but could have been better. The graphics gave this category a well-deserved ten. No disappointments here.

Sound: 10/10
The sound is excellent. The music is relaxing and enjoyable. The sound effects rock, too. The sound effects sound just you were really fishing. The sound is one of Reel Fishing's strongest aspects. You will fell relaxed, but not bored. The music helps calm you. I don't think I was ever frustrated with this game, and most games WILL frustrate you.

Story: 7/10
The story was good for a fishing game, and you have to admit it's hard to make a fishing game have a good story. You are trying to catch all the fish and the biggest fish to get a master's fishing license. Not bad, but not great.

Control: 9/10
The control is easy to maneuver once you get the hang of it. It can get tricky, though. Overall, the control is good with a few gaps. It took me about 5 minutes to get used to the controls.

Fun Factor: 10/10
This is the kick-ass aspect of the game. You won't be bored with this game. There is about 300 pieces of tackle and huge fish to catch. The only downside is that there is only 7 fish in the game. But that doesn't mean it's boring. You can keep fish in a fish tank and feed them 3 types of food. Even if you don't like fishing, this game won't disappoint you. Whenever you catch what you think is the biggest fish out there, there is always a bigger one. You have a record chart in the back of your fishing lodge so you can compare fish. You can always see how big you can raise a fish. There's always something to do.

Buy/Rent: I would buy it. But, if you really want a fishing experience, but Reel Fishing 2. I have them both and love them both. I'd say this game is fun to have around. Rent it first if you HATE fishing, but otherwise, buy it. It's fun, trust me.
