Tony Hawk's Pro Skater

Have you ever watched the X-games, and sat slack-jawed at those skateboarders pulling off those Cool tricks on the Half-pipe? Well, since there is probably no way in heck youre about to quit you're job, buy a skateboard and some pads, and spend all of you're time trying to pull tricks off down at the local park, Neversoft offers you this excellent skateboard game that puts EVERY game in this genre to shame.

Graphics-9. Top of the line. Just about the best you can get on the playstation without being pre-rendered. the framerate is SMOOTH. You actually get the feel of skating at high speeds.

Camera-10. if there was ever a game which knew a thing or 2 about camera angles, its this one. I give Neversoft major Kudos for thier work on this. No matter HOW fast you are going, the camera is in PERFECT position to catch the action. Replays are just as well designed. Now iF only OTHER companies were this good (cough... Sonic Adventure... Cough)

Gameplay-10. Addictive. You find youreself going back over stages youve beaten just to get a better score and earn more tapes. game stages are divided into 3 types: An enclosed arena (my fav), Downhill Run (I no like this), and a large City Area. Each is fun, and everyone I know has favs. Multiplayer gameplay is also fantastic and makes you want to come back for more.

Controls-10. TIGHT and PERFECT. Easily learned, difficult to master. Caould you ask for more?

Overall-10. BUY THIS GAME, BUY THIS GAME!
