Story 10/10
Which story should I describe? There are three in total and 56 total missions. The story that most people will get is kingdom, which describes a boy,Bastion and his secret lineage of royalty. He then fights an evil force, Faulkner, who wishes to rule the world. And Bastion has to save the world before time runs out, just like in every other RPG game in the world. This game has excellent character development from the minute you op in the disc and here the rockin' music. This story is great, but what really makes this game's story exceptional is the different stories. The story deserves a 10 because it rocks baby.

Graphics 10/10
It's sprite characters in 3-D worlds. Something I've come to expect on Playstation games. Vanguard Bandits is different in the fact that it has many, many different sprite movements so it almost feels 3-D. The battles look amazing. When you decide to attack someone it goes to a battle scene in 3-D and shows you and you're opponent dukin' it out to the move you just selected. Cool Stuff.

Control 10/10
Perfect in every way. Not a glitch, slowdown or graphical mistake in the whole game.

Sound 10/10
The tunes are amazing in Vanguard Bandits. Each emotion has its own set of music and so does each battle. The only thing more I could have asked for is voice acting but unfortunately it didn't make it into the game.

Gameplay 10/10
This is what makes Vanguard Bandits shine. Amazing battle scenarios and a great battle system takes this game from working designs to a 12 instead of an 11 like the logo states. The fact of upgrading your ATACS and switching them is hardly necessary and I never used it. This doesn't bother me though. What's really cool is the talking to people to make them like you effect. Super nifty.

Buy or Rent?
This is definitely a buy, especially if you plan on unlocking everything, this may take 100+ if you get everything.

This is one heck of a game. I hope a sequel is in the mix.
