Bushido Blade 2

"Sometimes frustrating, but otherwords a great game!"

First, let me introduce myself. I am Eggzmaster, a fighting game/Rpg fan. So when I heard about a fighting game from squaresoft, I thought wow! So I bought it of ebworld.com. Anyways, on with the review.

Story: 7/10 Pretty normal, there are two variatons, one from one school, and the other from another. A reallt big plot twist though. can be a little confusing at time, though.If you really want to see it, buy the game!

Graphics: 7/10
Alright, the graphics arent the best, but they get the job done. now, these grapchis arent the kind that, say, Black and white are, but it is an old game, so give it a break, ok? The characters are a bit blocky, but they are tolerable. The weapon graphics are good, though.I especially like the opening movie though, it is really cool. The backrounds are so-so, but you will be so invovled in the....

Gameplay: 9/10
That you wont notice. The gampelay is exsquisite, the blocking system is refined from the last game, whereas now when they attack with x, you block with o. Weapon selection is a major part of gameplay, because you will get your but kicked if you use the same strategy with a broadsword with a katana. One problem... one hit Kos. this is a bad and good thing. It can be frustrating, but it can make battles quick. (Makes a pain to get secret characters, though.)

Control: 10/10

Excellent, it is the best, very reaponsive (except on slow weapoons, of course.). great for impressing your firends when you show them mega man 64 and then this.

Sound: 10/10

The only real sound is weapoons clashing and birds singing, but it delivers this well enough, so I give it 10/10.

Music:5/10

What music there is is great, but there isnt very much of it. Music in the menu is great, training music is excellent, and other musc is extremely nice. Not much else to say!

Final Verdict: 9/10

Sometimes frustrating fun all the rest of the time though. By the way, this was reviewed on the easy difficulty.

Rent or Buy: Buy, you will want to savor this masterpiece.
