Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories
Review by blingupup2
"The heart of the cards"
Yugioh forbidden memories also called shin dual monster came out in Japan in 1996 and hit the US in April of 2002. But since the game came out 6 years ago will it still be able to stack up with all the other great games we have now.
9/10 Story
The story of yugioh forbidden memories is very good but it also a little short. The story starts off as you being a young prince and trying master the card game yugioh. But there more to the story but this is all I can tell you about it now.
8/10 Audio
The audio go good with the game but it not that greatest. The background music is an ancient Egypt beat. The sound effect goes good with the attacks in the game.
9/10 Graphics
The graphics are good for a game this old. The monsters are like the ones in the TV show. The characters look like the ones in the TV show. The only time you see a character is when you are talking to them. The characters are not even 3d which make it little boring since you can not interact with them but the game is mainly on it’s gameplay.
10/10 Gameplay
The gameplay in this game is very good. The reason the gameplay is so good is that once you hooked to the game it hard to stop playing. Another good part about it is that there is more then 40 duelist in the game and over 700 cards to get and over 600 monster in the game.
10/10 Controls
The controls are very simple to learn you just need to remember the X button to be able to control this game.
7/10 Price
The price of this game is a little is a little high since all the hype about Yugioh.
Rent or Buy? Buy. If you are a fan of Yugioh or of trading card games you must get this game. If you not I think you may want to pass this game up.
9/10 Overall
I give this game a nine out of ten overall. The reason I gave this game a nine out of ten was because it a very good game that people think is a kid’s game. The truth about it is that since people think that a lot of little kid’s are getting the game it not a challenge to beat. The other reason is that it takes time to beat the game and also to get the cards you need.
