In this review We shall look at game Dino Crisis. It is a very good game but sadly over look. The main reason was that there was not much advertising for the game. That is one reason that the sequel did allot better. I personally think that the first is better.
STORY LINE

Al thou it is hard to follow it is a very good story line. It is you are a government op named Regina. And you are sent on a mission to retrieve the doctor named Edward Kirk. Who supposedly died in an explosion by a over load of the ''Third Energy''. Which is a clean energy that uses the air around it to make energy. But as the team lands they notice something has gone wrong.
GRAPHICS

Even the Full Monition Videos in the game are slick the cut scenes don't. The mouths don't move when they talk. There arms are cubed. The dinosaurs are choppy. But the environments are slick though. The guns don't look how they do in real life. The blood looks fake. I guess you can say there okay for a game made then.
GAMEPLAY

You are on a mission with the help of Cooper, Gail ,and Rick. These are your team members. You start from jumping out of a helicopter and landing on a deserted island. In the search of Kirk. The games then goes into the game. This game has allot of good game play.
Control

If you have played any of the games in the Resident Evil series this has the same controls. At first they may seem hard to comprehend but then you will master the controls and the game will be easier. Like the fact you can only fire with your gun drawn. One of the reasons this game is hard is that you have to dodge the dinosaurs and with the controls it sometimes hard to.
REPLAY VALUE

This game has three endings so it has to have a very good replay value if you want to see them all. Also earning different costumes and getting the great Grenade gun
with infinite ammo. You can also chose different ways to go on your journey to add to it. Although the game gets a tad boring after the third time you beat it but just don't play it for a year and start over. It will be new and more fun!

This game is full of dinosaur killing fun. Of course if that is not your cup of tea then you might not like this game.

This going to need to be buy if you want to unlock all of its secrets.
SOUND

The music in this game is very good. It fits the game very much. But the sound effects are not that good. The sound from the weapons is okay but a SPAS-12 makes a sound much different then it does in the game. Call me a stickler if you want. The sounds the dinosaurs make get madning quick. And I like the sounds the doors make and the stairs make when you open them. All in all the game has good sound. I love the ending theme at the credits.
I am not saying this is a perfect game but why focus on the bad!
