"this game is just too dull and wares off too quick to be fun."

When I first opened the box of this game on Christmas morning, I was very excited. I liked watching Jeopardy, and the game was cool at first, but it was short lived enjoyment.

GAMEPLAY
Well, the gameplay of Jeopardy is nothing special. You don't have much to do. There are two modes of play. The regular match and the speed match. The regular match is just like a game of Jeopardy on TV. The speed match is where it is just the one player trying to answer as many questions correctly on the board as possible. Not too much variety, and the speed match isn't that fun either.
The controls are very basic. You press x to ring in, type in your answer, and press the triangle button to submit your answer. Oo, boy. Now that I think about it, there's not much inovation or variety in the game at all. The questions are also very repetitive.
GAMEPLAY SCORE: 4.8/10

GRAPHICS
The graphics are also on the poor side. It seems also everything has a bit of static on it. I don't know if this is my TV or not, but I highly doubt it. Anyway, the graphics are still pretty bad. The faces look undetailed and not very interesting at all. There's barely any difference at all.
GRAPHICS SCORE: 4.7/10

SOUND
The sound is the best area of the game. The music is exact as the real TV show. All it plays is different versions of the Jeopardy music in between rounds and you can also listen to it in the options menu and when the game starts.
The sound effects are great. All of the questions are read by Johhny Gilbert, wait I thought this was Alex's show, but oh well. I wish they'd say the answers if no one got it right. That would be great. Sometimes Alex says little comments like, ''You're building up a aig lead,'' or something like that. The little blips and bleaps of the game are just like the show. The beaps sound when the board is being set up, and when you press x on the question you want it makes the same noise the TV show makes.
SOUND SCORE: 7.1/10

DIFFICULTY: EASY
This is mostly do to repetitive questions. You will get the same questions over and over again, and soon you'll just memorize all of the answers to the game, even the final Jeopardy questions. No category has two questions in final Jeopardy. So the game ends up rather easy.

REPLAY VALUE: LOW
With the immense repetitiveness in questions, not to mention the game gets very dull, the game has very low replay value. The questions are repeated multiple times. Also, the game is very unexciting and can get boring rather quick.

OTHER GAME INFO
RENT/buy?: RENT
GENRE: PARTY (Hahahahahaha)
PUBLISHER: HASBRO INTERACTIVE

OVERALL SCORE: 4.9/10
The game isn't that great overall. A lack of replay and excitement really hurt this game. Maybe rent it for one night to play around with, but it is not worth much more than that.
