Dino Crisis

"Certainly not recommended"

Dino Crisis is a game you should do your best to avoid. It's not absolutely horrible but it isn't exactly what you would call extremely entertaining either. Dino Crisis is a game where you fight for survival against dinosaurs but you can probably figure that out ;). Now this game has several aspects to it and we will discuss a few of them to try to get you a better understanding of Dino Crisis.

Game-play 6/10 - The game-play in this game is pretty horrible. The controls in Dino Crisis are very difficult to comprehend and to handle. It's hard to run and walk because when you run you have to hold down a button and proceed. And the camera angles are always changing so it's rather difficult to get around and reach the place that you want to go to. The game-play is not good and I give it a rating of 6/10.

Graphics 4/10 - The graphics in this game are pretty bad. First of all, when the characters in the game talk, their mouths don't even move and their facial expressions don't even change and when they move their arms it looks like Lego's. Their faces are flat and their hair looks like it is painted on. The colors in the game are also pretty bad. The environments you will encounter throughout the game are also not realistic at all and therefore, because of all these flaws, I think a 4/10 rating for the graphics department of Dino Crisis is the fairest rating it can get.

Sound 6/10 - The sound in this game is also pretty bad. For example, sometimes when you shoot a gun, it doesn't even really sound like a gun that's firing. Rather, it sounds more like a rap-tor's roar. Literally. It's pretty sad, but hey what can you do. The sound portion of the game Dino Crisis gets a rating of 6/10 at most.

Replay value 2/10 - I would be extremely shocked if you wanted to play this game again after you have played it for a little bit. Honestly, I will be very shocked and amazed if you wanted to play this game again. This game is not absolutely horrible but it's definitely not good either. But this is a game I would absolutely recommend you avoid at all costs.

Rent or Buy Rent if even - If you absolutely insist on trying Dino Crisis, try renting it. I wouldn't even advise you to rent it. Maybe if one of your friends has this game then you can get it from your friend and try it because I can almost guarantee you won't exactly find this game to be the type of game you like playing. If you can just afford to rent it but there's another game you're thinking about playing too, get the other game because Dino Crisis is not worth it.
