Final Fantasy V

"Second best FF game ever"
Intro:
When the Final Fantasy series was hot and new, they came out with FF1, FF2, and then FF3. After #3, they came out with FF7. This might be confusing, but this is what happened: FF2 was actually FF4. FF3, was actually FF6. The real FF2,3, and 5 were never released in America. Now, Final Fantasy Anthologies has just came out and it has two game in it: FF6, and FF5. Yes, the one that didn't come out in America. Now this was a big thing, and probably one of the best things that Square Enix ever decided to do because this is one of the most brilliant and addicting games that I have ever played.
Graphics:
9/10
Here is something that people either love, or hate. I personally love 2-d graphics (which this game pulls off very well) but I didn't give it a ten because of the people who hate them. They're not for everyone. The world map, the characters, and the monsters look great, in beautiful color. This is definitely a pretty game to look at.
Music:
10/10
The soundtrack for this game is perfect. The feel it puts into the game is mesmerizing. I or I think anyone else, couldn't of picked a better soundtrack for this game. The battle music is great, the boss music is awesome. The sounds are another thing to comment about. The magic and attacks sound perfect and the game sounds just like the original on the Super Nintendo (you could of gotten a Japanese version in the nineties). Overall, this game is great when listened to.
Gameplay/Story:
10/10
First, gameplay. If you are not a turn- based RPG fan, then you might not like the combat, but if you have an open mind, you will definitely have fun. There is a new thing called the "Jobs system". This is a great addition to the game, because there are a bunch of ways to customize your characters. You can change your job whenever you want, so you will never get bored!
Okay, story. The story is great, and will keep you interested through the whole game. Your hero (Butz or Bartz) sees a meteor crash, and a guy is found at the scene. He has lost his memory, and Bartz decides to help him. Reina (a princess) follows her father who goes to the Wind Shrine because the wind is acting funny. The whole thing gets into this world wide conspiracy and the three of them, with a pirate friend, go to save the world. The story is very epic and is full of plot twists and turns. It will keep you on the edge of your seat the whole time.
Replayability/Game time:
8/10
There is a pretty high replay value for this game because there are so many customizable options, with the Job system and all. The game is about 30-40 hours long depending on how much you train and how long it takes for you to find stuff. Either way the game will take you a while to beat. But, the story of the game is the biggest part of it, and since you will already know it, people might not want to replay this game.
Overall, this game is almost perfect. With the great music, battle system, and story, this will definitely not disoppoint. I say buy this game because it also come with FF 6.
