"A Good Racer with Problems!!!"

Its a decent racing game and theres nothing really any problems with it but I find the control to be most tricky and confusing. The control is pretty hard to turn and is really slow and will take forever to learn how to use the L and R buttons to help move the craft. The graphics in this game are really nice looking and they are very sharp for the saturn. The music is pretty good on this game and I like it, the sounds are very detailed and sound great. The problem is that its only a 1 player game which makes is boring pretty fast. A 2 player mode would have been alot better. Its a racing game so it isn't very long lasting and theres no real entertaining part to this game to make it last longer.

GAMEPLAY **7**

As I described it the vehicles don't turn very sharp unless you learn how to use the L and the R button to tilt the craft in the direction your turning. Using these buttons seem to make things worse while playing the game and you would probably be better of not using them at all. Besides manuevering the craft all the other controlling of the game is very simple and easy to do. The buttons for the game are very easy to remember what they do and theres no problems remembering them but using some of them (L & R) could just make things worse.

SOUND / MUSIC **9**

The sounds in this game are really nice sounding and are very detailed. The sounds when you hit something don't sound to good but at least theres a sound for it. The music in this game is really good. It has a good and a really good beat to it and I really enjoy it. You can choose different types of music to listen to and should keep yourself jamming all the way through the race. Theres not a major complaint in this area of the game just a few small ones.

GRAPHICS / LEVEL DESIGN **10**

The graphics in this game are really good looking. The graphics are smooth flowing and are really detailed. They are sharp and have a smooth texture to them. The levels (Tracks) are very long and have insanely hudge jumps to pull off. The levels look great and are also highly detailed. The vehicles you drive are nice looking althoug you hit a car before your even near it which make this game really confusing and sometimes impossible to pass someone. Everything is very detailed in this game and I found no problems with it at all.

REPLAYABILITY **6**

I find this game to very unappealing and it gets boring really fast. The game lacks a 2 player mode which even makes the game less enjoyable and lasting. Theres a nice assortment of tracks and four different vehicles to choose from and they are all very cool and differenty. The game really lacks in the fun part and the tracks are way to lengthy.

CHALLENGE **HIGH**

The game is pretty hard due to the control and the game doesn't have a difficulty setting on it. I've played quite a few of racing games and this one man its just wacked out. With the combination of the control and trying to pass people up this game is even harder to play. The thing that really sucks is that you can be clear on the other side of the track and you can still hit a player making them go faster and you slower.

OVERALL **8**

This game has its share of problems and is a pretty average racer. The game needs some work but for a few bucks like I got it I won't complain too much about it!
