"Excellent Game!!!"

How could anyone overlook such a great game? It is very easy to come by and it is an awesome. It takes place in the future and I’m not really sure what the story is but you fly this wicked looking plane and well destroying the enemies. The game is awesome and I got it free so it’s even better. The control of this game is pretty simple and the Saturn controller works well with the game. The graphics look great and everything is really detailed. The levels look great and are full of enemies and other surprises. The game has many levels too keep you busy and the game is pretty easy. Plus all the levels in the game with a few codes there are some other very interesting levels where you can shoot suvs like the ones in Off World Interceptor or even cows. There’s a producer level where there’s heads flying around and you shoot them there’s people talking and it’s a pretty cool level. These extra levels are pretty wacky but some of them are really cool and entertaining.

CONTROL **9**

The Saturn controller works good and the D-pad suites it pretty good but I think a 3d controller would do a little bit better and make it easier to control. There’s not much for controlling the game but accelerate, decelerate, shoot guns, shoot missiles, roll left, and roll right and that is it. They are all really easy to remember what button does what. Controlling an airplane game does not get any easier than this but there are some pretty sharp turns in this game. The controller works great both while playing and not playing.

MUSIC / SOUND **7**

The music is good and the sounds are detailed. There’s not much of a selection for music and the sounds are pretty much repeating because all you can really hear is your guns if you hold and keep on firing. There is not a large selection of sounds but they differ as you get different weapons to use. The music is good and does not sound too bad. All of the voices in the game sound great though. The sound and music selections in Solar Eclipse might not be the best but they get the job done and not too bad.

GRAPHICS / LEVEL DESIGN **9**

The graphics look great. Your plane and show a lot of detail. The short videos between levels look great and are kind of fuzzy but not too bad looking actually pretty good for the Saturn. Everything has a lot of detail put into it and look great. The levels are really cool and the bonus levels can get wacky but they are cool. All of the enemies look great and have a lot of detail. The levels are all pretty big but some of them just seem to be repeats of others such as ones in space with all different types of rocks in them, but this is that type of game and you would have to go through space to get from place to place so I guess it’s probably right. The levels are all really cool and have some neat things in them.

REPLAYABILITY **8**

The game is pretty fun and there’s a wide selection of levels to mess around in. They are all pretty long and the game is fun so it kind of pulls you in. I mean where else can you shoot cows and see their skeletons or shoot human faces hovering around in a ship? Any airplane game fan should appreciate this game and make it a little funner for everyone who plays it.

CHALLENGE **HIGH**

Imagine the levels packed full of enemies and many sharp turns in narrow tunnels so how easy do you think this is? The game does not have a difficulty setting so the game is hard and it took me forever to just get to the 8th level. The game will challenge anyone who plays it old or young.

OVERALL **8**

A great game to easily come by and a great one. It should be found cheap and should keep you entertained. You read the review decide for yourself. I’d get it.
