Saturn Bomberman

"Heh, it is always fun to blow up your friends..."

In the future, many Saturn owners will look back on the days when they played Saturn Bomberman, with 9 other friends, and when they blew up those cute little animals...

Gameplay(8): For those who really know Bomberman, you know, but for those who don't, read on.

Multiplayer: The best part of the game. Get some multitaps and 1 or more buddies (up to ten) and have fun! The object is to blow your opponent to smitherenes, with out blowing your self up, and there is a time limit. You can play against just the computer too, but you can't dis the computer like you can your buddies.

Normal Mode: This amusing mode, for 1 or 2 players is quite fun. It's the same as the multiplayer gameplay, except there are actual planned stages. The object is to blow up 4 red "spires" then head towards the exit to advance. It's not as easy as it sounds, especially in the latter stages. Oh and at the end of every "world" is a boss. Have fun with one of those guys, heh, heh.

Master Mode: Same stuff here, but only for 1 player. To advance to the next "level" you must blow up the enemies in the room you are currently in. You think you are the Bomberman Master? Check this mode out.

Story(5): The basic cutesy cartoon story type thing here. Mr. Meanie has stolen some crystals from a temple, and he wants to destroy the world. Basic stuff.

Audio/Video(5): Nice cartoony graphics, very colorful. The music? Techno type stuff. It starts to wear on you after a while, especially in the Multiplayer Mode.

Replayability(10): With all of the modes in this game, why wouldn't you replay it? I still do!

To buy or to rent(YES): Also, as above, with all of the gameplay modes above, you can't go wrong with Saturn Bomberman.
