"A challenging, fun puzzle game"

When I frist saw grid runner on the shelf in a store, I thoguht, this looks pretty lame. When I saw it for $10, and my friend was telling me how good it was, I picked it up. It actually soared over my expectations. First, the music. Depending on which stage your on, it being bonus or normal, depends on the music. The bonus stage music is quite annoying, but the normal game music is very good, it fits the stage perfectly that you are on. Now for the graphics, These are excellent, there is a FMV sequence of the opponent you will be facing before every stage, and the in game graphics look like a FMV movie. The idea of this game is to collect flags by touching them. The one who gets the specified number of flags first wins. Now only one can collect flags at one point, the other is "it" and must try to tag the other person. You have spells such as fireballs, to speed yourself up and slow your opponent down. The monsters have these spells too. You can also steal your opponents flags, but they can steal yours too! The replay value of this game is sadly not much, for if it was higher than it would have got a better score. It has been made for several systems including playstation, saturn, and PC. I would reccomend to definately pick this one up. If you are a fan of puzzle games you'll love this.
