"The blue man takes advantage of the saturn's 2D capability in this awesome game"
The Saturn reviews are a bit bare at gamefaqs so I'm going to heavy the load with a review of one of my favorite games of all time. Mega Man X4.
So you got a Saturn in the year of 1999, and you don't see why it's worth playing, so turn off that playstation and go find a cheap copy of Mega Man X4, one of Capcom's best games. Some of the best graphics in the series and the best story in the series, bar none, you will not want to miss this one if you already haven't played it.
Gameplay(8): C'mon admit it, you are a Mega Man fan. You know the gameplay standard jump and shoot, charge up the X buster, scale walls, steal your enemies weapons, oh yeah. And a new option. You can play as Zero. Zero is not only more powerful than X, but he is slightly funner to beat the game with. As far as hard the game is it is easy, but finding all of Dr. Light's capsules, Heart tanks, and Sub tanks will give you a run for your money. (there is a way you can cheat...)
Story(9): Two divisions, the Hunters (good guys) and the Repliforce (good or bad, who knows). The repliforce revolts against the humans and forms a colony in space. Your job as X or Zero is to stop repliforces plans, and save the world, and perhaps meet up with an old foe...
Audio/Video(10): The saturn pumps out more sprites than ever in this game. The screen is always jam packed with enemies. As far as the sound goes, there is some rockin' tunes and some techno/pop type stuff. Be sure to have a stereo hooked up to your Saturn.
Replayability(8): You gotta be a true MMX fan to play through more than once, but do it anyway, because the game is just so fun!
To buy or to rent: well the seasoned gamer can take this game on in a weekend, but this game is a must for any Mega Man fan's collection.
