"Emotions Rememberd.."

Lunar: The Silver Star, a game in which I went through with mix feelings, from a deep nostalgia to a great deal of happiness over certain events in the game. After 8 years of not playing this game, I thought that I would not feel the same way I did all those years back, despite all that I feel the same way as if I were playing it for the first time.. I remember wanting to be there and being able to fight along side Alex, Luna, Nash, Kyle, Jessica, Mia and adorable Nall. This was the first game that I shed a tear for, I am not ashamed to say that I did. Lunar: The Silver Star will always be number one.

Story: 10/10

Lunar gave you a variety of feelings as the story progressed. The story took you from being a young boy who lives an ordinary life in a quiet village who wants to be like his hero, to helping an incredible cast of characters through rough times.

Graphics: 10/10

Lunar I remember had some of the best art. when I first played it I fell in love with the Intro Song with animation. The world is huge and colorful it sucks you in. the characters are well done and I loved the way the characters attack animation showed them swinging their tiny weapons. It was one of the best looking of its time.

Sound: 10/10

Wow is all I have to say. Lunar Offers one of the best soundtrack in my opinion. From the great intro song to the playing of Alexs' harp. It all makes you feel happy from the inside.

Gameplay: 10/10

Lunar is a simple game to play although the constant random encounters get frustrating. But its good to level up doing so will help you get past these battles in no time.

Replay Value: 10/10

I would of played lunar long time ago, but I had no sega cd. now that I found one I had to play it all over again and relive the magic. After I played Lunar Silver Star Story Complete for PSX, I decided to comeback to the sega cd version. This version has many things that the PSX doesn't have. I just love beating this game that why I will play it again when I beat it.

Final Thoughts:

I love Lunar and I am thankful that I kept my old Sega Cd Disc so I can relive all the emotions that I once felt. even though I have played the PSX remake it did not make me feel these emotions it was not the same. So I think after I beat this game 2 more times I am going to put it away and come back to play in 10 years..
