This is what you can call the introduction to the game. The reason that
I am writing this Walkthrough because some people have been telling me
to write one since I mentioned it in my Review on Gamefaqs, because they
say the one out there is not that good. I'm gonna be quick writing this
faq since I am working on some other ones at the same time. The
DragonBallZRPG:Legend Of the Super Sayian Faq/Walkthrough is Copyright
to Jarek Grochal and cannot be used without the permission of Jarek
Grochal. It cannot be altered in any way. If you want to post it on your
site make sure that it is not changed in anyway and I am given full
credit for it. Version 1.9 will be probably one of the final ones, since
there is not much more info I can pump into this faq. I might make some
more Boss strategies, and that is probably it. I'm gonna work on my
Xenogears, and FFT faqs, and start a Wild Arms faq. The newest version
of all these faqs can be found on Gamefaqs.com.

This I hope will help. Some more attacks might have english names, I am
checking that possibility out now, if there is any change needed I will
tell you. Ask me if you need anything else, I will be glad to help.

*Kaio-Ken is not learned until Goku trains with King-Ki. The first time
it is used, it costs 10 KI and raises BP. Every round you are asked fi
you wish to keep the extra BP (top selection is yes, bottom is no), it
costs 10 KI per ronud to do so. This also causes Kamehameha to chagne to
Kamehameha - Keio-Ken, a more powerful verson of the attack. If Keio-Ken
is done when you still have the BP raise, (it costs 20 KI insted of 10)
you will gather energy to do the Spirt Bomb Attack. On the next round,
you are asked if you wish to do the Spirt Bomb attack (top is yes,
bottom is no) which costs 20 KI. If you do spirt bomb you keep the BP
raise. The BP raise can not be mantained if you are low on KI. Please
also note that as a Super Sayian, you can not do Keio-Ken but your
attacks are different.
Goku is definitely the most powerful character in the game, with his
awesome Kaio-Ken attack he can kill any enemy in the game easily, but
too bad that you only get to use him at certain periods of the game, but
when you do the game becomes very easy. If Goku dies, then you get Game
Over so make sure to take care of him.

The strongest of the Generic Characters that you get to use throughout
the entire game(Almost), his BP is very high and his KI attacks deal the
most damage, behind Piccolo, and Super Sayian Goku.

You only use him in the beggining of the game, and then near the end,
but at those times, he is almost the best character in the game, its
best to have him combine with Dende at the end of the game, to raise his
BP to 2,000,000.

Strong little bastard, he is. Strongest of the regular Z-Fighters behind
Vegeta, If he dies then you will get game over so make sure to keep his

He really sucks, as do all the Generic Characters. None of his Ki
attacks do any significant damage, and he might even die In the Vegeta,
or Nappa fight so you wont use him that much.

Better than Tien with his BP, but thats still not saying much, since his

die during the course of the game, many a time.

stand there doing lame damage(usually 1) to bosses.

Can heal your characters per each turn, and he can never be killed, but
its still better to have him combine with Piccolo in the end of the
game, since Kami cards can make up for him.

| Gohan Kidnapped |

After Gohan gets kidnapped, you gain control of Goku and Piccolo on
Master Roshi's Island. Go Inside and Talk to Krillin to get a Turtle
Card, Bulma to Recieve the DragonBall Radar, and to Master Roshi to
recieve 40 Points. Now you should fly away towards the North while
leveling up Goku, and Piccollo to Level 3. Head for a White house in
between two mountains in the middle of the map, and enter. Mr.Popo is
under attack by some SayibaMen. Kill the SayibaMen to recieve a Gohan
card from Mr.Popo.
Head for the Cave in the middle of the map. There is a Card shop just
outside of there where you can stock up on cards. Sell your useless
cards that you won from the battles, and buy as many Kami cards as
possible(these restore all your HP). Head inside the Cave, make sure to
explore it throughly to find some Cards to aid on your quest. At the end
of the Tunnel, Raditz will appear and challenge you to a fight

| When a KI attack card comes up, have Piccolo use his 10 Ki attack |
| to deal about 40 damage on a clean hit. Use your strongest attack |

Head up the path that is now cleared and you'll emerge outside. To your
suprise It's Raditz again, he has Gohan hostage, and you'll have to
fight him again

| Raditz is far more powerful than your and there is only 1 way to |
| beat him. Use the Gohan card that you got from Mr.Popo and Goku |
| willgrab Raditz. Have Piccolo use his 10 Ki attack to finish Raditz |
| and kill Goku at the same time. This is the perfect place to gain |
| some levels with Goku. 1st you will notice that Goku is hurt each |
| round you attack. Use normal card attacks with Picollo until Goku's |
| HP is very low 1-5 Range, then use a Kami card to fully heal him. |
| Goku will automatically gain a level. This is a cheat that can be |
| used on Goku,Gohan, and Piccolo to level them up easily. I suggest |
| level Goku up to Level 7 using this cheat, which will make the Next |
| couple of fights very easy |

After the battle, Piccolo will take Gohan to train him for the coming of
the Sayians. In the cave is another good place to Level Up Gohan with
the Healing Cheat. Use weak Battle Cards with Gohan and let Piccolo
bring him down to Low HP, then use a Kami card to automatically gain a
level. In order to proceed with the game, Gohan must defeat Piccolo. You
can always go to the back and heal yourself fully by searching near the
pool.
The next scene is with Goku training with King Kai. You must beat
bubbles in the amount of cards alloted. This can be frustrating,
remember that you can always heal in the bulding by talking to King Kai
there. After beating bubbles 3 times, you will have to battle King Kai.
Use strong battle cards, and some Ki attacks to beat them easily. Goku
is then summoned by the DragonBalls back into the world to help battle
against the Sayian's, but he'll be a little late

The Sayian's finally land, and you gain control of Gohan, and Picollo.
Search the land for Krillin,Tien,Yamucha, and Chaitzen. As you find them
they will join your party. I have experienced that after a while all the
Random battles seem to dissapear and you cannot level up anymore. Make
sure to visit a shop and pick up some Kami cards before going to battle
the Sayian's in the eastern part of the map near some mountains. When
you land near them, you will have to fight some Sayibamen. After you
defeat them two things can happed, Goku can appear to help fight against
Nappa, or sometimes he wont appear. This strategy is for the battle with
Goku. It seems that if Goku is a certain level he will appear to help
you fight Nappa, so its best to raise him up to level 7 with the cheat
in the battle Against Raditz. If you don't the battle against Vegeta
will be almost Impossible

| Nappa is extremely strong, and can sometimes kill off one of your |
| characters with his kicks, if this happens you should restart. If |
| Goku is with you this battle is pretty easy as Goku is extremely |
| powerful. Use strong battle cards, and some Ki attacks to kill |
| him easily |

For winning the battle, you will recieve the Moon/Tail card for Gohan.
After the battle, Nappa will try to kill Gohan, but Piccolo will step in
and take the shot and also be killed. If Goku appeared before, he will
take Vegeta and fly away to battle him alone, if not your other
characters will have to battle Vegeta alone for a couple of rounds
before Goku arrives, which can be incredibly hard since Vegeta's attacks
can do 100+ damage to your weak charcters. If Goku does arrive then its
much easier. He will fly away with Vegeta, and you will have control of
Gohan for a while to try to find them if you want.

| Vegeta is nearly impossible, unless you leveled up Goku in the |
| Raditz battle. If u did then have Goku use his new 10KI Kaio-Ken |
| attack to raise his BP even higher than Vegeta's. Then pummel him |
| with strong battle cards, and some KI attacks. If you do manage to |
| find Goku+Vegeta(They flew Down+Right), all your characters will |
| get a level up. Watch out for Vegeta, because he can change into |
| a Gorilla and will do so if you cannot kill him quickly. If he does |
| change into a Gorilla, you can either reset and fight the battle |
| over again, or find the fight with Gohan, and the others and use |
| the Moon/Tail card that you won from the battle with Nappa and |
| Gohan will turn into a Gorilla also, then you will stand a fighting |
| chance. |

Vegeta drops the Vegeta Card which can summon him to fight with you for
one battle when used. After the battle, Vegeta will run away, while Goku
is hurt and taken to the hospital. Gohan and Whomever still survives
will leave for Namek to find the Dragonballs to bring Piccolo back.

There are a couple of things that you must do in order to continue on
with the game. As you land two battle pods land southeast of where you
are standing. If you go to the place that these battle pods landed you
will battle Kui but this is not recommended since his BP is 18000 and
you don't have the most powerful being in the world Goku with you.
North of where your ship landed, Dodoria is attack some Namek warriors
in search for the Dragonballs. After killing the Nameks Dodoria will
attack a helpless child. Gohan will swoop down and rescue him at which
point you will enter a mini-game, where you have to evade Dodoria's
fireballs until the timer fills up. After saving the child he will join
your party as a useless member.
Just west of where you landed, you will find another destoyed
village..Go inside the biggest house and search the biggest pot in the
back to find another Namek child who will join your party. After doing
all this search out the Namek village that is still not destroyed. Talk
to the Namek warriors standing there to have them join your party as
fighting members.
Head for the cave in the Southwest side of the map. Make sure to explore
the cave to find some usefull item cards. Near the end of the cave you
will find some rolling rocks. Make your way up, but watch out because
each time the rocks hit your characters, they will lose 50HP. At the end
of the cave, you will find the #6Dragonball and an exit. Make sure to be
level 19-25 before even thinking of leaving the cave because a tough
boss fight lurks.

| Kui can be pretty hard if you did not level up your characters. |
| Hopefully your characters have BP in the 10000+ level or this |
| fight can be extremely hard. If your levels are somewhat low, |
| I suggest you use the Vegeta card to summon him to fight the |
| battle for you(that is what I did). |

After defeating this guy, Bulma will call your back to your ship. Level
up your characters till their battle power is 17000-20000, then land
near your ship. As soon as you land, Dodoria will appear and blast your
ship to oblivion with his mouth. You must now battle him.

| Note: If you don't have the time to level up everyone to have |
| 20000BP, then just make sure that Vegeta has at least 22000 or |
| so BP, and use King Kai cards to raise the other characters |
| BP in battle. |

| this battle should not be too hard. Use your strongest battle |
| cards to deal some good damage. If you get a KI attack card, |
| have your strongest characters use their best KI attacks to |
| deal some nasty damage. |

After the battle Bulma appears

The scene switches to Goku training in the Capsule. Go upstairs and talk
to the machine. You will get a question.

Select Yes to train with the Gravity. You will need to defeat as many
enemies before Goku's HP is gone. You will have to do this a few times
before the scene will switch to Piccolo( I haven't tried this yet, but
it might be more characters that died before this scene, can anyone
confirm this?). He is training with King Kai, just like Goku, you will
have to defeat Bubbles in the alloted amount of card. You can always
heal in the house with King Kai. After training, Piccolo will have to
defeat Nappa and Raditz. Use strong KI attacks to easily defeat these
guys.

Your other characters land on another part of Namek. Bulma will stay
behind and open a healing station. The 2 Namek warriors will leave your
party. Level up a bit if you need it and then go exploring. There is a
Dragonball in the middle of a hill in the center of the map. Head for
the center of the map, and speak with the Namek there, then head for the
cave in the North part of the map. Make your way to the back of the cave
collecting the treasure as you go. When the path splits go to the right
to reach a fearie that will heal your HP/KI, and to the left to find
another fearie. Speak to her and she'll tell you that you need to find
the switches in another cave for her to open the path for you.
Head for the cave on an island in the southwest corner of the map, where
you will find the switches that the fearie talked about. You need to
pull all the switches(I believe there are six switches in the cave, and
one extra switch that gives you a HP/KI full-party restore card. Head
back to the fearie and talk to her again. If you pulled all the switches
then she will open a path for you, if you missed one then head back to
that cave and find them all. Head through and into a little room near
the bottom of the cave, where you will find 2 Namek warriors fighting
each other. If you talk to them you will join the fight, after the
battle one of the Namek warriors(Nail) joins your party. His BP is
42,000 so now would be a good time to level up a bit. At the end of the
cave Dodoria confronts you again. This time he is pathetically easy to
defeat. After defeating him, head out of the cave and into the little
house on top of the hill outside. Talk to the Namek elder there, and he
will raise your fighters BP by a little. He will also present your
characters with the #1 Dragonball. Dende and the other Namek child that
you saved will leave your party, also as you leave Nail will leave your
party.
Make your way back to the entrance of the cave, where Vegeta will attack
you to try to take away your Dragonballs. Zarbon appears and challenges
you to a fight, and Vegeta joins you for the battle.

| This battle is very easy because Vegeta has a pretty high BP, |
| while your characters should have a BP similar to Zarbon's. |
| Use strong battle cards, and if you get a KI card, you should |
| use Vegeta's strongest KI attack for some very high damage. |
| After Zarbon's HP drops to about 100 he will change into a |
| powered up lizard which is still easy to defeat with strong |
| KI attacks. The bad thing is that Vegeta will sometimes |
| snub you and not attack. |

After the battle, Vegeta will join your permenantly. He has the highest
BP of the regular characters in the game except Goku(When under Kaio-Ken
attack) and Piccolo. Level him up until his level is the same as your
other fighters, then head for where Bulma is waiting. The scene then
switches to five battle pods landing near Freeza's spaceship.

Goku continues his training on the space pod. Go up to the gravity
machine, and train wiht Goku, where Goku will automatically be raised to
level 37.
On Namek, Gohan and the rest are standing in a valley, with all the
Dragonballs in front of them. Suddenly, the Ginew squad lands in front
of them, and Captain Ginew steals the dragonballs, while leaving his
cronies to fight.

| Take care of Garudo first, since his BP is lower, he should die |
| easily. Use strong KI attacks to deliver some good damage to |
| Recoome, but make sure you leave some healing cards, for the |
| next boss fight. |

After the fight, you'll be placed before Jisu, and Bata. If you try to
run away, then you'll see that they'll track you down and you'll have to
fight them anyway, so Save, and proceed to talk to them and fight them.

| These guys can do alot of damage, but just concentrate all of |
| your attacks on one of them, and when one dies, the other will |
| fly off to warn Ginew of your power. |

Fly to a shop, and buy as much HP restoring cards as you can, while
selling your other useless cards. Fly to the northeast corner of the map
and Captain Ginew will attack. Goku will finally land on Namek, and fly
to help Gohan

ON HOW TO DO IT
After the battle, Goku will be placed in a healing tank, and the others
will go after the Dragonballs. Head for the cave, just north of where
you are standing. Frieza will be there, along with the Dragonballs, but
he is easily defeated. Gather up the dragonballs and leave the cave..
Gohan and the others will place the Dragonballs before them ready to
make a wish...The scene switches to Nail and Freeza at the elder
namek...They leave to fight....Nail must lose to Freeza for the story to
progress.Dende tells Gohan that Freeza is coming, so they gather the 7
dragonballs and go to an Island where they make their wishes...To bring
Piccolo back to life, and Bring piccolo to Namek....After making the
wishes the Dragonballs turn to stone..

You must find freeza near the elder namek house, you'll find a hole in
the mountains so you don't have to go through the cave again, but before
attempting this make sure....Your characters are Lvl45 or higher, and
that you have a huge supply of Kami, and King Kai cards...
Fly to freeza and begin the fight when you are ready....Freeza has
attacks that can do 200 damage to a character and can easily kill any
low level character.....After a couple of turns the scene switches to
piccolo...Fly to where Nail is...below where Freeza is located, and talk
to Nail...The scene will switch to the battle with Freeza....Use strong
attacks and have Vegeta use KI attacks when possible, after Freeza's HP
is cut in half, he transforms....After 1 battle turn, Piccolo comes to
join his BP is over a million...Use Ki attacks with Piccolo and Vegeta,
and heal with Kami cards. Soon after his HP is low, Freeza will retreat.
You go to a new map, Seek out two Namek warriors in the village that is
not destroyed and talked to them..They will give you a choice to have
Piccolo join with Dende.. You can either pick

I suggest picking the 1st option since Dende's healing power can easily
be replaced by a good supply of Kami cards, and Piccolo will become one
of the strongest characters in the game, second only to the Super Sayian
strength of Goku...........................................
Find Freeza in the mountains south of the village, and fight Freeza, and
his Goons..After winning Freeza will fly away.
Now you must fly around fighting regular battles, and every 3 or 4
battles, you will fight Freeza..After a couple of these battles, Freeza
will call you for the final battle onto and island in the southeast.
Go there and fight Freeza after stocking up On Kami cards...After
defeating Freeza form 3, the scene will switch to Goku emerging from the
healing tank.

As Goku, fly to a shop, and stock up on more cards if you need
to....Then fly to Gohan and the others..Initiate the last boss fight..If
you want to fight a secret boss fight at the end of the game, then
you'll have to get 1 character(Yamcha,Krillin, or Tien) killed.. Use
your first KI attack for Goku, his 10KI Kaio-Ken attack and he'll turn
into Super Sayian with a BP of 4,999,999...Use strong attacks with Goku
to easily beat Freeza......
After the battle, if no-one died then you'll see 1 of the endings, and
if one character died, then you'll fight Super Sayian VEGETA
VEGETA is hard, since you are probably low on Kami cards...You really
need Goku, and Piccolo for this battle...When Goku is Super Sayian, then
use his 8KI attacks for 100-200 damage with a full hit...Vegeta has over
1500HP and his BP is 6,000,000 so he is very hard, dealing over 500+
damage to any regular character(Tien,Chaotzu,Gohan,Krillin,Yamcha) 200
damage to Piccolo and only about 40-60 damage to Super Sayian Goku. I
certainly hope that you have come out of the Freeza battle with at least
Goku, and Piccolo alive(in my game I had Gohan also but he died in the
first turn of the battle). If Gohan dies, then you will NOT get game
over this time which is very good. You also need at least 5-10 Kami
cards to make this an easy fight. I had only 3 Kami cards but I still
won. Use Goku's strongest Ki attacks for 200 damage on a full hit, and
decrease that bums Hp quickly. With enough patience he can be easily
defeated....

This code only works for Vegeta,Goku, and Gohan, like in the Anime, when
a Sayian becomes hurt badly in battle, and is healed his Battle Power is
raised. Bring Goku's,Vegeta's, or Gohan's HP to around 1-6HP left, and
then use a Kami card on them. They will automatically power up and gain
a level. This is very useful in the beggining of the game(see
Walkthrough) when you fight Raditz, and can level up Goku to level 8+
easily.

the character you want to become ginew(kill the other guy first), then
switch the order of your fighters one of them will become the character

The Following Tips are during Battle after Selecting Characters and
PlayCards

While your character is performing a move
1. If your character does a regular attack, then after each screen of
animation press the A button before impact.
1a. If the character attack takes up more than 1 screen, just press A
right before each screen is passed through and before impact. Also If
your character kicks the opponent and sends them flying, then also press
A before the opponent hits the dirt mound.
2. If your character does a fireball move (in general), press a right
before the fireball passes each screen and before impact.
2a. If the fireball move has a light/smoke animation after impact,
then press A before the light animation ends, A before the smoke
animation ends, and A when its clear (last one is for luck).
All this can help take away more HP from your opponent. I've tested it
myself.

The Following Tips are for choosing cards and getting the best ones

***For fireball cards***
This is a little hard to follow, so bare with me.
1. OK, first train your current characters on purpose by getting into a
random fight. (Make sure your strogest fighter is on top of the list and
it descends from strongest power accordingly.)
2.Now choose whichever characters you want to fight and choose any
playcard (no matter strenth) except for any blue fireball cards.
3.Now after you win ech fight your Blue fireball cards should remain.
And when you get into a new one new cards will appear.
4.Repeat all steps 2-3 until you have nothing but fireball cards in your
arsenal.
[[[To make it worth your while, buy some Goku and Ox-King cards so that
you can make any weak fireball cards a Z fireball card.]]]
You can use these steps to help you fight a major boss (especially
Freeza)

The Following Tips are for battling Freeza

1. Make sure you don't play as any of the weak characters on your team
(Choa-zu & Yamucha)
2. Also make sure you stock up on these important cards: Goku, Piccolo,
Kame, Grandpa-Gohan (Oldman),Chi-Chi
2a. Its also good to have these cards (1-3 of them): Master Roshi,
Bulma, Witch
3. Use only Piccolo, Gohan, Krilin (Kuririn), and at times Tien to fight
freeza until Goku comes.
3a. If nessesary use only Piccolo and Gohan (since gohan is a saiyan,
you can use the hp cards to get him a level up when low on energy)
4. When Goku comes make sure he and piccolo only fight.
4a. After 2 bouts with Goku and Piccolo include Gohan and Krilin in
your battles.
4b. If krilin is about to get killed, stop using him!
5. When over half of Freezas engery is gone: choose a weak player (Choa-
zu), choose your weakest card, and LET him get killed by Freeza. Goku
will turn Super-Saiyan the next time you choose him to fight.
6. Let SS-Goku fight freeza twice (saving 1-2 fireball cards). Then use
a Guru card on SS-Goku to get him at over 7.3 million!
7. Use a goku card on a regular attack card and then use a Chi-chi card
on the card to get a Z-Offense Z-Defense fireball. Choose Kamehameha on
freeza and like that freeza is dead!

This is a little bit unorganized, so please bear with me.
Characters

Son Gokou
----------
Gokou's Kikou Ha isn't always 4 fireballs. If the card used is weak it
will be just a single fireball. A stronger card will give 4 fireballs.
This is the same for almost every character that has Kikou Ha, except
Gohan I think. If Gohan uses a Z level card he will do a big 2-handed
fireball.
Gokou's Kaio-Ken level will vary depending on the strength of the card
that is used. A stronger card will yield a higher level of Kaio-Ken, and
a lower card will yield a lower level.
Gokou's Genki Dama can be charged for more than one round. At the start
of the next round when Gokou is selected, you are asked whether you want
to throw the Genki Dama or not. Choosing "no" will cause Gokou to gather
more energy in the next round. This can only be done for 4 rounds, on
the
5th you only have the option to throw it. The Genki Dama will be bigger
if more energy has been gathered, however, the damage done does not seem
proportionate to the amount of rounds that energy has been gathered.

Normally to get to Raditsu, you must go through the cave and fight the
cyberman copy of Raditsu. However, if both of your characters reaches
Level 4, Raditsu will come to you if you are not in the cave or in the

SSJ Vejita has an additional attack, Final Flash, but I don't have the
stats on it since he is not a playable character at this point.

All characters in the game max out at Level 48 other than Dende and the
2 Namek-seijins that are in your party temporarily. I like to think of
Level 47 as everyone's normal limit, and Level 48 as a sort of super
level. This might seem confusing to some, so let me clarify.
Son Gokou and Vejita both max out at Level 47. Depending on how the
game goes, one or both of them can go SSJ. When they do, they advance
to Level 48. Since you don't get to play as SSJ Vejita, saying that he
is at Level 48 in SSJ mode is just an assumption, but it would be
consistent with the rest of the characters.
Son Gohan, Kuririn, Tenshinhan, and Chaoutzu all max out at Level 48
also. I'm not sure why, but the difference between Level 47 and 48, as
far as power level goes, is enormous, which is why I call Level 48 a
sort of super level. There is no special requirement for these
characters to reach Level 48, just a lot of experience. The easiest way
that I've found is to get all 4 of these Z Fighters to Level 45 BEFORE
reaching Saichourou, and let him bump your guys up to Level 48.
Piccolo maxes out at Level 47. If he fuses with the other 2 namek-
seijins, he can advance to Level 48. The easiest way to get Piccolo to
Level 47 is to get him to Level 41 before you fuse with Nail, and then
when you fuse with him you will advance to Level 47.

First, you have to get Goku and Ginyu to switch bodies in the first
battle.
Then, in the next battle (Ginyu in Goku's body and the survivor of the
Jeise
and Burtar battle), kill Ginyu's follower (Jeise or Burtar), and beat on
Ginyu. Then, when Ginyu is down to about a half or a third of his total
HP,
get a character to use a Ki attack card. Ginyu should switch bodies
(either
with the user of the card or the most powerful character currently
participating in battle that round). Be careful, becuase now the new
Ginyu
gets another attack, and he often kills your Ginyu because your Ginyu is
only at 10 HP. So you'll have to save and reload often. Then, heal
your
Ginyu, and have someone and him switch places in the roster. I switched
twice. Now, kill the new Ginyu, but be careful because he might body
switch
again. Now, the character who was the new, evil Ginyu will come back,
and I
think the character just below Ginyu will become Ginyu. Then he's yours
for
good!
I had Gohan, Tien, Krillin, Yamcha, Chiao-tzu, and Vegeta, in that
order. I
had GInyu swith bodies with Vegeta. Then, I switched the roster to
Gohan,
Ginyu, Tien, Krillin, Yamcha, Chiao-tzu, and Vegeta was the enemy. Then
I
switched to Gohan, Tien, Krillin, Yamcha, Ginyu, and Chiao-tzu. When
the
battle finished, I lost Chiao-tzu and got Vegeta back, so it was Gohan,
Tien, Krillin, Yamcha, Ginyu, and Vegeta. And he was there permanently.
I don't know if this works all the time, or if I got lucky, but the
point is
I DID GET IT TO WORK.
Also I've had someone tell me that if Yamcha,Tien+Chao-Zu die in the
Vegeta fight, they told me that they appeared at King Kai's and when
Piccolo came back to Namek, they were there also
