I'm on the quest of freeing the girl in the safe on the house of ross.
but even though that i have Karn to open the door on the safe it always says that the door is locked.
Pls. somebody help me on solving this problem.

You've hit a pretty common snag that I see lots of at the BoF message boards. You need to go back to the Krypt, and go down the very last level. Once there you should find a floor with 8 caskets around on it. You need to go through and open all 8 of them (order doesn't matter) and the last one will contain the Book. With the Book in hand you can go back and unlock the safe to continue.
