Where can I find Gold and Shrimp?

I want to get the EmpireSD, but I have used up all my Gold fishing in other places. Is there anywhere I can buy Gold or obtain it easily?

I've also heard that shrimp may work as a bait to get this sword. Anyone know what shops sell shrimp bait? I know some towns have it, but I don't want to visit every shop... anyone know off the top of their head?

I don't know about Gold but you can buy Shrimp in Tunlan and Farmtown for example.

And before fishing those chests, I'd advice you to get the best fishing rod which is the CharmRod.
