The old man inside the wisetree is not in the inn .Is there something you have to do to get him to show up ? I have an empty house in township did I miss something ?
You have to have specifically the fourth house empty for him to come to Township. Not just any house, but the fourth house. The bottom left house after the town has been expanded to six houses.
The reason he won't appear is either you haven't expanded the town yet, or you have but another tenant has already taken over that house.
