I have the Crown, the Chest plate, the Mask, and the hand, but can't find the necklace.
This talisman, more specifically called the Fang Talisman by the game, is found in Phalanx's Tower. It is located on the outdoor screen between the two vertical towers with the bells. The exact screen is the one with the long, thin barbed spikes coming out of the ground. Go all the way to the right side of the screen, just near the exit. Just on the left side of the final spike, there is an invisible floor. Pass through it and you will come to a small room, which houses the Fang Talisman.
