Whenever I've beaten Cranky in the sideshow game the only things I've received for winning are Bear Coins and Bananas. Is it possible to win extra life balloons from that place?
No, but if you keep winning, the many bananas you accumulate will slowly give you extra lives. However, it's really tedious to gain extra lives like that.
