The code water, after entered what do you do next to activate it?

Like what does it mean FIRST WATERFALL???
Your supposed to get the 85 bounus coins

After Dixie's cliff fall at the beginning of the game, swim to left and touch de waterfall there(These that you use the ski to jump above).

I don't know if it works on an already saved game.

Answer

It only works with saved games. When you enter the code and start a new game, Dixie will jump into the water, and instead of going to Wrinkly's Save Cave, go directly up from where you landed you you should run into a waterfall, that's the water fall you need to touch to use the code.

Thanks Kaeus2 for giving me a few touches on this in his post, but I already knew you needed to get to the waterfall.
