MMX3 is unique in that it has two complete sets of enhancement armor, as well as two special 'super-enhancements'. How it works is: once you've collected all four of the NORMAL enhancements, you have the ability to find and choose ONE of the four 'super-enhancements'. However, if you skip them altogether and reach Dr. Doppler's lab with simply the four normal enhancements, with all sub-tanks, weapons and life completely full, and fall down a pit midway through the stage hanging on the left wall, you'll find a secret chamber with a capsule that grants you golden armor with all 4 super-enhancements.

statusIf you mean the pink enhancement capsules, you should know that you can only get one of the four pink capsule enhancements per playthrough.
If you get NONE of the pink cpasules, there'll be an opportunity to get a single enhancement for all four called Golden Armor later on.

Also do not forget that you need to have all your normal enhancements as well. I do not remember if you need your health and sub tanks but I know you have to be full mega man x . All in white.
