Which items can be found without any special abilities or other items?

These are the items that I am aware of that can be found without any other items or abilities:

Heart Tank in Toxic Seahorse's stage
Sub-Tank in Tunnel Rhino's stage
Leg Enhancement in Blizzard Buffalo's stage

Are there any others that have no requirements to access?

I did in fact look over the guides, as I was looking to compile the list as a reference for options in the early game and I listed the ones I could find.Since humans are imperfect and it is quite possible that I missed an applicable item or ability I pose this question to assist in completing my list.
