Sound 7/10
It has good sound. You can hear your opponent getting punched, it has good music, its pretty good for the Super Nintendo. If you play the game you'll see that its a pretty good sounding game. You can hear your opponent yell when they fall off the the bridge onto the spikes. It is a pretty good sounding game for SNES.

Graphics 7/10
The graphics are pretty good considering that it is on the Super Nintendo. The moves look pretty realistic. The characters don't look as good as the charactars in the following games of the series. But I would say they look better than Street Fighter characters. Because this is on the SNES it looks great. I haven't seen any blood in the whole game and I've beaten it a million times.

Gameplay 6/10
It really stinks when it comes to gameplay. All there is is tournament and vs. I would have liked to see weopons in this type of game. I would like to see blood and the origonal fatalaties. I would like to see blood on the classic upper cut off the bridge onto the spikes. This game was on the Super Nintendo so I have to cut it some slack. The gameplay isn't the best I've seen but its enough to let me stay up all night beating it. The first time you pull off a cool move leaves you saying- how did I do that. I suggest you get Mortal Kombat II... the best of the series. But its still a pretty cool game.

Overall 7/10
If you like the arcade version, this is not like it. I suggest you get a Playstation if all you have is a SNES and get a good fighter like Dead or Alive. But I give it a 7 for effort. Besides its on SNES.
