Game Play-5/10

The game play in this game is that of your typical Role-Playing Game, except that you have a choice of seven characters to choose from, and you can choose your partner later in the game. That is pretty much the only unique feature about this game. One thing that bothers me is that your characters hardly say anything in this game. And another thing, this game may just be the hardest game ever made. Oh well, at least you do not lose your progress when you die, which is an added, and most deserved bonus. This game is certainly not the shiniest five-dollar bill in the fountain. Oh, and another thing. In addition to being an extremely hard game, in this game, it takes FOREVER to level up. Uhh, it will take you forever to beat this game, and maybe even longer than that. And that is just with one character.

Graphics-6/10

The graphics in this game are probably the best feature in this game. Although it is rather easy to get lost on the world map. And, all the dungeons look the same. The enemies look rather nice and original though. You have got to give Enix a little credit on this game. And the graphics could have been a little better though. In fact, a lot of things could have been improved in this game, and I mean a lot.

Audio-5/10

The music in this game can get really annoying at times. It just boggles the mind that some of the music in this game does not fit the scenery at all. Some of the music in this game is memorable, but a lot of it does not make sense. Enix, what is up with that. The sound effects are average, but they can get pretty annoying at times too. This is not a good feature in this game.

Overall-5/10 (Not An Average)

This game is kind of good, depending on whether you like hard Role-Playing Games with a bit of replay. The music is not great, the graphics are kind of good, the game play is average, and this game does not stand out at all. I suggest that maybe, and I am stretching the use of the word ''maybe'', you should purchase this game. But, I would not recommend that.
